  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

  • All pre-orders and made-to-order items are final sale.
  • These orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

Subscription / Purchase Options

  • If you selected a subscription or recurring purchase option, you may cancel at any time.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Once a subscription order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
