Refund policy

At Limenalien, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable/digital products (if applicable)

  • Clearance or final sale items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened ingestible products.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund if applicable.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at lumenalien.supprt@gmail.com

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
