- Orders are processed within same day or next business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Times
We prioritize fast shipping on all orders.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- International Orders: 5–14 business days (depending on location)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- High order volumes
We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund in such cases.
